NSW Rural Fire Service Firefighters from Warringah-Pittwater district conducted a Hazard Reduction burn on Sunday October 23 in bushland off Booralie Rd in Terrey Hills to protect the Terrey Hills community from the threat of Bushfire. Located in the vicinity of the work are many houses, horse agistment and a Veterinary Hospital.The work provides a buffer between bushland and houses that will reduce the impact should a fire occur in the area.
